Affiliate Terms
Version v1
These terms apply to everyone accepted into the RYNER affiliate program. They have not been reviewed by a lawyer; RYNER may update them, and the version you accepted is recorded with your application.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or over, hold a RYNER account in good standing, and apply with accurate information. Acceptance is at RYNER's discretion and can be withdrawn.
Commission
Commission is earned only on a verified, paid RYNER Premium subscription started by someone who used your link or code. Free trials, cancelled purchases, unpaid periods, sales tax and store fees do not earn commission. The current rate and the number of months it is paid for are shown in your affiliate dashboard and may change for future referrals.
Holding period and reversals
New earnings stay pending for the published protection period before becoming available. If a payment is refunded, charged back or otherwise reversed, the related commission is reversed. Reversals are recorded rather than deleted.
Payouts
Payouts require an available balance of at least the published minimum and a completed payout account with our payment provider. RYNER does not store your bank details. Pending earnings do not count toward the minimum.
Self-referrals and fraud
You may not refer yourself, create duplicate accounts, bid on misleading branded terms, buy fake traffic, or attempt to change attribution after the fact. Suspected fraud can lead to reversal of earnings, forfeited balances and removal from the program.
How you may promote RYNER
Be honest. Do not make medical, weight-loss or income guarantees, do not impersonate RYNER, and do not spam. Disclose that your link is an affiliate link wherever the law or platform requires it.
Suspension and termination
Either side can end the arrangement at any time. RYNER may suspend an affiliate while reviewing suspicious activity. Earnings that were valid and available at the time remain payable.
Changes to the program
RYNER may change rates, terms or the program itself. Changes apply to referrals made after the change.
